Plant Construction seeks trade contractors with significant experience in coordination and execution of the temporary construction scope in projects that are substantial in size and involve challenging logistical conditions and aggressive schedules. The scope of work will be to participate in Construction services, early release of materials, provision of submittals and shop drawings, and coordination and execution of the complete scope listed in the Trade Breakdown file in the Bid Manual folder for the new Academic Seismic Replacement Building. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: B - General Building Contractor
