All bids will be opened in the DISTRICT'S General Office immediately following 2:00 p.m., CST, November 15, 2023. Documents are available for inspection at the DISTRICT'S General Office. Bids not in accordance with "Instruction to Bidders" in the Contract Documents may be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond, or a term bid bond must be on file with the DISTRICT. The DISTRICT will award the Contract to the responsible Bidder(s) who submit(s) the lowest and best bid(s), or it may reject all bids.
