All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond, or a term bid bond must be on file with the DISTRICT. The DISTRICT will award the Contract to the responsible Bidder(s) who submit(s) the lowest and best bid(s), or it may reject all bids Should the Bidder have questions concerning the Contract Documents, they shall direct their questions to Bill Ruskamp, Senior Procurement Specialist, at (402) 563-5404, by fax at (402) 563-5034, or by e-mail atwhruska@nppd.com The CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, equipment, all special welding, machining and mapping tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, and mobilization/demobilization to refurbish the Main Steam Isolation Valve (MSIV), and refurbish the ReactorFeed Check Valve (RF CV) - 15 at the DISTRICT'S Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS), located near Brownville, Nebraska. All work shall be performed in accordance with these Technical Specifications, "Maintenance Procedures" provided herein as ATTACHMENT 1, and the ATTACHMENT 4 "Maintenance Order Price Table The work is considered ESSENTIAL, Safety Related, and the valves are located in the Steam Tunnel ofthe Reactor Building at 903 elevation.
