Two water main segments are included in the project: o Water Main W-25: 24" water main starting at Kissimmee Park Road (connecting to existing main from WTP#4) going east to Cross-Prairie Parkway, then south on the Cross-Prairie Parkway extension to Friars Cove Road, and then east on Friars Cove Road under the Turnpike to Esprit Lane. The total route to be designed and constructed by Toho is approximately 10,900 feet. The remainder of the route will be designed and constructed by a developer. The selected consultant must coordinate closely with the developer and the developers engineer on the design connection point(s) and timing of completion of the construction projects. o Water Main 19B: 24" water main starting at Friars Cove Road going south approximately 9,400 feet to a future roadway (Green Island Ranch [GIR] Premium Transit Corridor [PTC]), then reducing to a 16" water main that goes east on the future GIR PTC under the Turnpike approximately 3,000 feet to the segment of 16" water main being installed by GIR. o The selected consultant must coordinate closely with developers and their engineers for design coordination and connection point(s) and timing of completion of the construction projects.
