The Project: This tenant improvement will renovate the ground floor suites #27A and #27B of historic building at 25 Van Ness Avenue for the relocation of the AITC Immunization & Travel Clinic. The proposed combined suite is approximately 2,400 SF and will be fully renovated for the clinic program with a public facing waiting area, injection rooms for vaccine administration, and supporting staff work areas. The scope of work includes partial demolition of existing interior walls, flooring, and ceiling areas; new walls, flooring, and suspended/gypsum board ceiling system; new casework; new interior transaction windows; and related mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical work. Exterior scope includes mechanical ductwork louver modifications along Hickory Avenue and also minor door hardware, security, and telecommunications upgrades.
