Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Contractor shall furnish labor and material to remove and dispose approximate 75 feet of existing chain link fence, fence posts and related accessories/hardware and install approximate 75 feet of new chain link fences, fence posts, cast-in-place concrete foundations for new fence posts, related accessories/hardware and re-install existing gate on the east side of the play yard deck. Fence posts shall be installed at a maximum spacing of 10 feet on centers. The new chain link fence shall be 12 feet high with 1 inch wire mesh fabric. Cast-in-place concrete shall be 3,000 psi, 36" deep by 12" diameter foundations and below grade. Performance and Payment Bonds, each equivalent to 100% of the Contract Price, will be required upon award of Contract from the Contractor as part of the terms of the Contract for this project. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Contractors license required for this work: Class B, General Contractor
