The intent of this solicitation is to establish term contracts with one or more qualified contractor(s) to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, tools, mobile service truck, equipment repair parts, supplies, incidentals, and other materials necessary to provide lift preventative maintenance, inspections, parts & repair services. Price in Schedule shall reflect an all-inclusive cost necessary to accomplish and provide that line item.
