Rehabilitation of concrete structures with Portland and calcium aluminate cement shotcrete as specified and as shown on the drawings for the following headworks structures: a. Bolling (main) outfall sewer (west influent) b. Equalization conduit c. Potomac combined outfall sewer (east influent) d. Potomac sanitary outfall sewer (east influent) e. East grit effluent channels 2. Bulkhead gate guide installation in various headworks locations. 3. Bulkhead gate storage on the filtrate treatment facility. 4. Manhole clean out above the Bolling (main) outfall sewer. 5. Oxon run sewer flowmeter removal 6. West and east septage receiving stations modifications. 7. Coordination and work activities inside and outside Blue Plains AWTP necessary for maintenance of plant operations during rehabilitation work as shown on the general drawings. 8. Temporary bulkhead installation and removal to facilitate rehabilitation work in various headworks locations. 9. Flap gate installation on the transfer pump station overflow. 10.
