Renovation of an educational facility in Jermyn, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to ten percent of the total price submitted inclusive of add alternates. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Bidder is responsible to obtain a complete set of Bidding/Contract Documents and verify that they have received all addenda issued. If the Bidder obtains Bidding/Contract Documents from any source other than BDA, the Architect/Owner will not be held responsible for incomplete or missing documents.
