Scope of Work: The work on this project will include but is not limited to the existing oil house will have a new metal roofing system installed, along with an addition to add an entrance and restroom facility and storage room. Notice is hereby given that the project for which construction proposals are being solicited hereby is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744, and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 of August 15, 1961, as amended on August 9, 1963.
