Renovation of a water / sewer project in Jermyn, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Work shall consist of the demolition of existing MCC #2 and replacement with a new power distribution panel, including conductors, conduit, wireways and accessories, as well as provisions for temporary power, as required. Also included is replacement of five (5) existing motor soft starters with new solid-state soft starters Bid documents may be reviewed at the office of the Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified bank treasurers check, certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after opening unless award is delayed due to the required approval of another government agency, in which case the bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days in compliance with Act 317 of 1978. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/5/2022 4:00 PM Cost- $200,000 - $250,000
