Site work for a civil project in Cranbrook, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Cranbrook, here after referred to as the "City", invites proposals for the 2nd phase of construction of a sanitary lagoon bypass pipe at the City wastewater lagoons, which includes site regrading and surface reinstating. This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the following summary of Work: Removal of existing asphalt and earthworks within regrading area and within extents of trench. Clear, grub, strip and regrade (including disposal of excess material) within the area to be regraded. Install new lagoon bypass piping (900mm diameter) including cell inlets/outlets, manholes and tie-ins. Reinstate surfaces of all disturbed areas including asphalt, landscaping and berms.
