Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 4 Annual Renewals The City of Lakewood (the City) is seeking qualified individuals or entities (Respondents) to submit a Statement of Qualifications for Building Inspection Services as Needed. Award of services may be non-exclusive; awarded to more than one Respondent and may be extended annually not to exceed four (4) such extensions. The City is seeking Respondents with the flexibility to take on intermittent inspections as needed. The Respondent(s) awarded the contract(s) (the Contractor) agrees to perform building inspections. Scope of services will include the following: Perform building inspections to include Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical. Ensure that assemblies and construction meet the minimum requirements of both the International Building Codes and State of Colorado requirements for Plumbing and Electrical work. Sign offs, review comments, and correction requests uploaded into the Citys e Trakit system for contractors, homeowners, and applicants to be able to make corrections and pass building inspections. The City Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Technicalities in Statements of Qualifications, If Doing So is Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the City.
