The City of Placentia desires to establish a list of up to five (5) design consultants with outstanding reputation, capacity, knowledge, and proven track-records to provide the City with on-call civil engineering services, surveying, and professional consulting related services. Consultants are responsible to check for design conformance with the latest applicable codes in addition to conformance with the City's standards, ordinances, and the City's General Plan. Consultant shall provide professional civil engineering design and professional consulting services for roads, sewer and storm facilities, City facilities, parks, and other related engineering services on an On-Call, Time and Material, Not-to-Exceed basis, to the City of Placentia, including the following: Preliminary Project Research, Studies and Investigations; Surveying; Project Design, including preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates; Utility Coordination, Construction Support, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Constructability Review, Value Engineering, and related services.
