Services for this project include the earthwork, grading, foundation, structural, and architectural components of the terminal expansion. The Lancaster Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving bids, except that bids for any bidder who Consents to Extend Bid Award Date may, at the request of the Lancaster Airport Authority, be held for consideration for such longer period as may be agreed to, but in no event exceeding 90 calendar days.
