Chicago Heights Public Library HVAC Repairs Site Directions: 25 W. 15th Street Chicago Heights, IL 60411 The project generally consists of the removal of existing air handling units and the installation of new air handling units; and all other related appurtenances and accessories necessary to complete the work. This memorandum presents criteria for the preliminary selection of the proposed type of Air Handling Unit (AHU) and accessories including ductwork and piping to be installed at the Chicago Heights Public Library. Recommendations and preparations presented herein are based upon the below listed references and various assumptions which will be further developed during final design as well as resolution of pending items.
