The proposal should include all aspects necessary to yield a fully functional electronic message center structural, electrical, digital sign, etc. All costs and fees must be clearly described in each proposal. Contractor will provide pricing and specifications for digital signage that will be used outside, resulting in the digital sign being exposed to weather and temperatures typical of the Chicago Heights, IL area. No used, demo, refurbished or remanufactured products will be accepted. All proposals must include proposed costs to complete the tasks described in the project scope. PSC is a member of the E&I Consortium and may require that the EMC be purchased through this source.
