Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will consist of the installation of approximately 340 LF of concrete double gutter, curb and gutter replacement and 7" reinforced sidewalk at the alley behind St. Pius X Catholic Church, on Morris Avenue. Any inquiries regarding seeming inconsistencies between the Plans and Specifications for this project must be made by Friday, October 20, 2023 at 12:00 pm (MT). Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the grand total bid, plus all alternates if applicable, payable to the City of Pueblo as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days from the date of the Notice of Award. Payment and performance bonds are required to be filed prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. all questions relating to the conformance of the work with the technical requirements of the plans and specifications, interpretation of the technical requirements of the plans and specifications, and with respect to the rejection of work and materials which do not conform This project will consist of the installation of approximately 340 LF of concrete double gutter, curb and gutter replacement and 7" reinforced sidewalk at the alley behind St. Pius X Catholic Church, on Morris Avenue.
