Question Response Deadline: October 20, 2023, 12:00pm This project is to be financed in whole by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and shall be referred to as Bid No. 23-069 (CD2309) ADA Curb Ramps - Phase 3 (CDBG). Bidders shall comply with all applicable standards, orders, and regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Water Act of 1970 and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis Bacon Act, the Anti Kickback Act and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act and shall sign the Certification of Non Segregated Facilities. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine and/or confirm the applicable and most current prevailing wages pursuant to the Davis-Bacon Act. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the grand total bid, plus all alternates if applicable, payable to the City of Pueblo as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days from the date of the Notice of Award. This form shall be filled out and turned in with the contract performance and payment bonds and signed contract agreement. In general, this project will consist of ADA curb ramp and sidewalk improvements to the Belmont area of the City of Pueblo, as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project
