This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract (UTC) to purchase Generator Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services on an as-needed basis. This UTC is for use by the Fleet Management Division of the Department of Finance and Management and various other City agencies as required. The proposed contract will be in effect through 10/31/2026. Classification: The successful bidder will provide and deliver for the option of contracting Generator PM and Repair Services for various locations per bid document. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of service as detailed in these specifications. Bidder Experience: The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in these types of services for the past five years. Bidder References: The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. Specification Questions: Questions regarding this bid must be submitted on the Vendor Services portal by 11:00 am Thursday September 28th, 2023. The City of Columbus of estimates spending approximately $75,000.00 in accordance with this contract.
