The Town of Clinton is accepting Construction Manager Qualifications to provide preconstruction and construction management services on a new Clinton Middle School building project in Clinton. The procurement process will follow M.G.L. c. 149A for CM at Risk Services, beginning with this Request for Qualifications. Preconstruction Services Jan-Feb, and Jun 2024 - June 2025; if the project is approved construction will begin in June 2025. Qualifications are sought from CM firms that have successfully completed projects of similar scope, complexity, schedule, and budget. Only chosen Qualified Firms will be eligible to submit proposals in the next phase. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document Estimated Construction Cost. Estimated Cost $105 to $115 Million.
