There is a gravel lot, located on the westside of the campus, just below the P-1 parking lot and west of G Street. Over the years, this area has been reserved for ongoing construction projects as a location for job trailers, contractor parking and a construction staging area. In order for the College to have continued use of the lot, the city is requiring a number of improvements since portions of the area encroach into an Environmental Conservation overlay zone (e-zone).
