Estimate: $15,520,000.00 Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of a new lift station, approximately 8,581 LF of dual force main, and approximately 3,658 LF of 30" gravity sewer in eastern Medina County for the Woodlands Off-Site Sanitary Lift Station, Force Main, & Gravity Sewer Line A Project, SAWS Job No.: 20-1630. Respondents will need to submit a request by November 29, 2023, 10:00 AM CDT to receive access to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site via email to roxanne.lockhart@saws.org. Respondent's email requesting access to the FTP site shall provide the legal name of the Respondent's company and the intended recipient's email address and phone number. No requests for FTP site access will be accepted after November 29, 2023, 10:00 AM (CDT). This Summary of Work is being provided to Respondents to better assist them in determining which projects that are reasonably comparable to include as part of their proposal to this hich projects are reasonably comparable to include as part of their proposal to this RFCSP. Construction of a new regional lift station consisting of a wet well, pumps, SCADA, force main, electrical building, generator, and all relevant electrical, I&C, and yard piping. b. Careful planning and sequencing of construction activities to tie into existing sanitary sewer infrastructure. Respondents should reference the Contract Documents prior to submitting a proposal for this RFCSP to fully understand the entire scope of work for this Project. The decision of "comparability" when evaluating the Respondent's proposal is at the complete discretion of SAWS.
