The Project includes the following work Replace portions of the parapet wall and stabilize the soil downslope of the replaced wall. Regrade the upstream erosion pocket and install rock riprap protection. Remove the concrete slab from the vertical concrete walls of the Bardwell outfall structure, regrade the slope adjacent to the structure, and install rock riprap protection. Re-establish rock riprap protection on the upstream slope in the areas where it is missing on the upstream slope. Estimate: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Bid Security must be payable to City of Waxahachie in the amount of 5 percent of the proposed Contract Price The Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, to reject any or all Bids, and/or waive formalities. Penal Sum of Bond: 5% of Contract Price offered
