The Laramie County Events Department is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install 22 lead free frost proof yard hydrants for the Archer RV Park. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received as a result of this RFP, or to negotiate separately with competing respondents, and to waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities in any bids, or to accept that bid or bids, which in the judgment of the proper officials, is the best interest of the County. Scope of Work: The Laramie County Events Department is seeking purchase and install of water hydrants for the Archer RV Park: o Twenty-two hydrants o Lead free o Frost proof o 3/4inch hose thread outlet o 6-foot bury depth o Please include estimated delivery date and cost The Laramie County Events Department operates several recreational event facilities, including the Event Center at Archer, Exhibit Hall, Community Center, and RV Park. The department is also responsible for the coordination and execution of multiple county events, such as the Laramie County Fair, and Laramie County Sportsman's Expo. The Archer RV Park features 80 hookup spots, which includes 20 spots that offer power and water. We are seeking the replacement of these 20 hydrants and add two additional hydrants in the RV Park.
