Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Laramie County Community College, located in Cheyenne, WY seeks bids for a phased reconstruction of existing sidewalks, new sidewalks, reconstructed landscaped areas, and demolition and reconstruction of a small parking lot near the Education and Enrichment Center. New pedestrian sidewalks include several new ADA accessible routes with other reconstructed routes requiring exterior stair sections. The project includes demolition and reconstruction of an existing asphalt paved drive and parking area with ADA parking stalls. Other improvements include new local storm sewer additions and new landscaping around the area of work. LICENSES, PERMITS AND TAXES: Contractor shall secure and pay for all federal, state, and local licenses and permits required for the performance of the work and/or services provided for herein. LCCC will cooperate with successful firm in obtaining all licenses and permits and will execute such documents as shall be reasonably necessary or appropriate for such purposes. Successful firm shall pay for any and all taxes and assessments attributable to the performance of the contract work and/or services provided herein including but not limited to sales taxes, excise taxes, payroll taxes, and federal, state, and local income taxes.
