The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality Storage Tank Program (STP). STP currently uses an ESRI based GIS mapping software to house information related to all registered storage tank sites within the State of Wyoming. This information includes location, project site infrastructure and all analytical and field data collected as part of the STP Remediation Program. The GIS information is generated and uploaded by consultants doing work under contract to the DEQ STP. The scope of this RFP is to perform support and maintenance for the exiting STP GIS. Proposals will be accepted through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on October 26, 2023. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Response to Questions Returned November 9, 2023 2:00 P.M. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or technical defect in the proposals, or to award the contract in whole or in part, if deemed to be in the best interest of the State to do so.
