Renovation of a fire / police facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This is a two phase selection process. Bidders responding to this ITT are to submit a bid in two phases. Phase One bids cover only the qualifications and experience of the Bidders, refer to SI05 'Submission of Bid'. Following evaluation of Phase One bids, Bidders are advised of their competitive standing and responsive Phase One Bidders will be invited to submit a Phase Two bid. Phase Two bids cover the pricing. A combination of the Phase One and Phase Two submissions constitutes the final bid. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires to retain a Contractor to provide construction services for tenant improvements in Kelowna, BC. The location of the project is Suite 140, 160 & 170 - 395 Penno Road, Kelowna, BC. The project consists of tenant improvements of an office to meet the RCMP's program requirements. Work of this Contract is restricted to Work within property lines of the site and generally within the tenant space but may require access and work in other areas of the building to facilitate all Work required by the Contract Documents, both within and outside the tenant space. The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
