The City is seeking to partner with an experienced affordable housing provider to oversee 40-60 multi-unit rental properties housing communities in accordance with established guidelines. This company should be dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity while maintaining transparency, legality, and non-discrimination. The chosen company must have clear and non-discriminatory resident selection policies aligned with CHF program parameters, actively fostering diverse and inclusive housing communities. Additionally, the company must possess well-established written policies covering eligibility, selection, remuneration, training, safety, and security for all staff. These policies must strictly adhere to current Occupational Health and Safety Regulations outlined in the Workers Compensation Act of BC.
