The purpose of this Opportunity is to produce multiple multi-use shortlists of Submitters with the necessary expertise, capacity, and resources to properly perform the type of Works required. The resulting shortlists will be valid for a period of three (3) years with no further notice being issued to solicit submissions for consideration of inclusion to the shortlists. The Successful Submitters that are shortlisted will be selected for Works on the basis of a 'first right of refusal', in the order of their ranking per shortlist when Works become available. When Works are refused the next highest ranked is offered and this offer process continues until one accepts or the City decides to forgo the use of a shortlist. The shortlists will be for the following Works areas of specialization, and the preferred number of those shortlisted are indicated by the number in brackets following the speciality: Linear Utilities and Facilities (water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage) (8) Stormwater Management (4) Facilities Electrical (3) Transportation Planning (4) Transportation Engineering (4) Transportation Design (6) Transportation Electrical (4) Solid Waste (landfill and biosolids) (3) Environmental (3) Parks - Landscape Architecture (4) Parks - Irrigation (3) Enquiries Deadline : 2023-04-13 2:00 PM The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
