Levee Trail Reconstruction from North Valley Drive to 63rd Street The improvement includes the installation of a Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) trail, pavement removal, park benches, seeding, traffic control, and other related items in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 662-020/042, located on the existing levee between North Valley Drive and 63rd Street in Des Moines, IA. This project shall be fully completed not later than September 6, 2024, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $450,000.00 Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The City's Overall Annual DBE/TSB Goal for this project is 5.72%
