Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Ward 4 project will rehabilitate Bailey Lane from Bogart Lane to Luella Street. The work will include evaluation of the existing roadway structure and may include a variety of rehabilitation or reconstruction techniques. Sidewalk ramps will be upgraded within the project limits. The full scope of the project is yet to be determined and will be further refined during project plan development. Operations and maintenance costs are expected to be reduced in the short term for this project, but it is too early in the project lifecycle to determine a reliable estimate. This project is included in the City of Eugene's FY 2023-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of November 7, 2024, this project is substantially complete.
