Renovation of a multi-residential development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Project Site is located in a Eugene neighborhood. Site addresses: 255 High Street, Eugene, OR 97401 The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: full replacement of exterior windows at all units replacement of glazing and hollow metal stops at units' kitchen and at community room, interior updates to P-LAM counter replacement of window blinds interior painting touch-ups. SECURITY Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid is due at the time of bid submission PAYMENT BOND: all Contractors submitting a bid for $100,000.00 or greater must be capable of providing a Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, from a guarantee or surety company acceptable to the U.S. Government and licensed to doing business in the State of Oregon. PERFORMANCE BOND: In addition to the Payment Bond, all Contractors submitting a bid for $100,000.00 or greater must be capable of providing a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, from a guarantee or surety company acceptable to the U.S. Government and licensed to doing business in the State of Oregon. PUBLIC WORKS BOND: For contracts exceeding $100,000.00 where work is performed for a public entity, the State of Oregon requires a $30,000.00 payment bond be on file with the Oregon Contractor's Board prior to execution of a contract. The contractor will have four hundred and forty-six (446) calendar days to complete the work. Final completion is anticipated to be no later than Friday, May 30, 2025. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following work located at one site: 1. Parkview Terrace Window Replacement: Remove existing aluminum windows in dwelling unit living rooms and bedrooms and replace with new energy code compliant aluminum windows. Remove and replace existing single pane glazing in existing hollow metal frame in unit kitchens and community room and install new energy code compliant glazing and hollow metal stops.
