FVSU proposes to construct a 32-bed (4-bedroom, 4 bath units with full kitchen) residential facility totaling approximately 13,250 square feet that would house students enrolled in nursing and associated health science programs. The building is anticipated to be 2 story, wood-framed apartment style structure to be located across the street from campus on the current site of the Gano Building. Demolition of existing Gano Building is included in this project. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon Act requirements BOR reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at their discretion.
