Until any contract(s) resulting from this Invitation to Bid is/are fully executed by all parties, including, but not limited to, the time between the adoption of any resolution(s) awarding and/or approving any contract(s) and full execution of said contract(s), this Reservation of Rights shall remain in effect. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or the authorized postponement thereof. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
