The trailheads are managed by the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) Department. The selected Firm will be responsible for all aspects of engineering and design, site investigations, collaboration with OSMP staff, adhering to environmental protections, quality of design and engineering, and accurate records management.
