Date Email Questions Due Friday, November 10, 2023 at 4pm Project Description This project will be performed to repair the concrete and replace the waterproofing on and around the west entry bridge to the Engineering Office Tower (ECOT). The bridge is used to access the main entrance on the west side of ECOT. Due to failing waterproofing under the topping slab, and pour drainage on the bridge, water has infiltrated the surrounding concrete causing it to deteriorate. The bridge is approximately 560 SF. Scope of Services Concrete work is needed to remove the existing topping slab and pour a new topping slab once the waterproofing has been replaced. Partial depth concrete repairs are needed on the side walls of the bridge and the waffle slab ceiling under the bridge. The existing waterproofing under the topping slab needs to be removed and replaced with a new Hot Fluid Applied Waterproofing system. Joint sealant assemblies are needed at transition points and two new drains need installed to improve drainage on the bridge.
