Renovation of a municipal facility in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000335348 The awarded contractor will be installing a new Notifier fire alarm system at the Alternative Sentencing Facility located at 3200 Airport Road in Boulder, Colorado. The contractor will provide all the necessary wiring, parts, and programming, and will also be responsible for calling in for inspections and providing as-built drawings. No substitutes will be accepted. Must coordinate with the GC. TLH Fire can do shop drawings once bid is determined. Must attend a kick off meeting - both upon project award, shop drawing expectations and before construction starts. Must attend mandatory RW observations/inspections. Must attend TLH Fire testing AFTER proof of pretesting is delivered. Field Modifications: Include Pricing For Field Changes In Bid, As Follows: Provide 5% Analog/Addressable Manual Stations Minimum 1. Provide 5% Of Each Type Of Automatic Smoke Or Heat Detector Minimum 1. Provide 5% Of Each Type Of Smoke Or Heat Detector Base Minimum 1. Provide 5% Of Each Type Of Audible, Audible/Visual, Or Visual Notification Appliance Minimum Of 1 Each. Provide 5% Of Each Type Of Addressable Monitor Module Minimum 1. Provide 5% Of Each Type Of Addressable Control Module Minimum 1. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required
