Renovation of an educational facility in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Regents of the University of Colorado Boulder anticipates using a Design/Bid/Build HVAC Contractor (GC) approach to project delivery, and requests submittals for pre-qualification of HVAC Contractors for Construction Project titled UCB000742-FLMG-1B01-DHW-HHW-HXs. It is the intent of the Department of Facilities Management to pre-qualify HVAC Contractors and select a minimum of 3 to bid this project in accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes 24-92-107, 24-103- 402, and 24-30-1303 (1) (Q) and in accordance with Section 3-402.01 of the Colorado Procurement Rules. Pre-qualification and inclusion on the select bidders list will be necessary for bidding this project. This pre-qualification process is unique to this project and not withstanding other pre- qualification by the State Buildings Division and the University of Colorado, all contractors wishing to bid this project must be pre-qualified as defined in this document. Replacement of the domestic hot water and heating hot water heat exchanger at the OFELIA MIRAMONTES AND LEONARD BACA EDUCATION BUILDING (MBE). Pre-qualification and inclusion on the select bidders list will be necessary for bidding this project. This pre-qualification process is unique to this project and not withstanding other pre-qualification by the State Buildings Division and the University of Colorado, all contractors wishing to bid this project must be pre-qualified as defined in this document.
