Renovation of a water / sewer project in Wellington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Penfield 750,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank Repaint - Contract No. 107 which includes a complete SSPC-SP 10 removal and repaint of the interior of the tank, a high pressure wash and overcoat of the tank exterior, and the removal/cutout of an abandoned tank penetration and replacement with a welded 4" x 4" plate on that section of the tank wall, together with all related work as specified Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid to insure the execution of the contract for which the bid is made. Instructions to Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Notice of Award form, Notice to Proceed form, Construction Performance Bond, Construction Payment Bond, Sample Certificate of Insurance form, Application for Payment form In case the bid is not accepted, the check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder, but if the bid is accepted and the bidder shall refuse or neglect to enter into a contract with the Rural Lorain County Water Authority within ten (10) days after the time he has been notified of the acceptance of his bid, the said check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Rural Lorain County Water Authority as liquidated damages for the failure to do so. The Rural Lorain County Water Authority reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids.
