Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clive, Iowa. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This is a joint project between Waukee and Clive to signalize the intersection of Hickman Road and NW 161st Street. The IDOT will require the intersection to be signalized due to the construction of a new Fareway store at this intersection. Based on the current project estimate we will receive $200K in U-Step funding. Signalization of Hickman Road and NW 161st Intersection, including associated improvements to the road. This project is part of the city's Fiscal year 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program. As of October 17, 2023, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
