Provide ground maintenance services for the County to maintain an attractive and clean appearance of the County facilities. Box 68 Prince George, VA 23875 (804) 722-8714 Fax (804) 732-1966 or E-Mail: mjackson@princegeorgecountyva.gov Contractor shall have a valid contractor's license issued by the State of Virginia. Vendors are required to visit the properties listed in Appendix A on their own accord. There will be no formal site visit hosted by the County. The purpose for the site visits is to allow potential bidders to visit each location and get a clear understanding of the statement of needs and requirement of this solicitation. The County encourages all bidder to visit each site, as it will allow bidders the opportunity to fully understand the realm of the requirement and to recognize the conditions and terrain, access to locations, facility particulars. Site visits are mandatory prior to submitting a bid; however, there is no need to sign in or check in with anyone at the facilities. The site visit will be evidenced by signing Attachment B Inspection of Job Site Certification Form.
