The City of Riverside seeks the services of a qualified firm(s) to provide a needs/opportunity analysis, design development, and master plan update and construction documents for the next phase of E.H. Young Riverfront Park. Work may include, but not be limited to: Conducting inventory and analysis of existing land uses and conditions. Utilize existing survey and as-built drawings from the Phase 1 project completed in 2020. Evaluate feasibility of the existing Master Plan. Collecting needs of citizens and park visitors through various input opportunities and summarizing how this influences the design. Preparing studies, concept plans, phases, and cost estimates with consideration for budget. Providing final, rendered master plan update. Preparing construction drawings, specifications, and bidding documents. Assisting with construction administration (contractor coordination, submittal reviews, project scheduling, pay application reviews, etc.) with support from a city project manager.
