The purpose of this RFP is to invite proposals from qualified proponents to provide winter road maintenance for approximately 5km of residential streets that require snow clearing, snow removal (if necessary) and traction control applied for each snow event exceeding 3cm. There is an additional 1.5km gravel road leading to the Village's temporary administration office that must be cleared and sanded. Salt and sand will be provided.
