Question Submission Deadline October 30, 2023, 2:00pm Scope of Work Landscape Surveys for Residential/Commercial/Multifamily Customers Conduct Landscape Surveys Estimate existing water output on a valve-by-valve basis Measure area serviced by each valve Identify soil factors such as soil type, slope, sun exposure, etc. Rate existing landscape; density; regional appropriateness and quality Estimate potential consumption savings utilizing water budgeting techniques and comparing California Irrigation Management (CMIS) data Provide Recommendations for Improvements Identify and recommend appropriate smart irrigation controller for each site Identify and recommend additional equipment that will improve systemic efficiencies Identify and recommend field upgrades such as MP rotators, or drip installation Identify and recommend drainage improvements to reduce erosion exposure Identify and recommend irrigation re-capture systems where applicable Train landscape personnel in operation and adjustment Landscape Designs Provide landscape designs for projects as needed Provide services to review landscape designs
