This RFP is being issued by Baycrest to obtain Proposals for Project Management Services for their various corporate subsidiaries (Baycrest Hospital, The Jewish Home for the Aged, Baycrest Day Care Centre, Baycrest Academy, Baycrest Foundation, Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI), Cogniciti, Baycrest Global Solutions & Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care (BCGC). The Baycrest(s) seeks to satisfy the following objectives in an agreement (the "Agreement") resulting from this RFP: To select a Firm to provide project management services for Baycrest's hospital, long term care, assisted living and independent living properties. The selected Firm shall provide services through the life cycle of the project including but not limited to conceptualization, schematic design, design development and construction procurement and construction and construction closeout and commissioning. Proponents will designate a dedicated Project Manager, whose role will be the central point of contact for Baycrest. The Project Manager will attend design meetings, construction meetings and any other meetings that Baycrest deem necessary. The Project Manager shall not be changed without the prior written approval and authorization of Baycrest.
