This roofing replacement project encompasses comprehensive upgrades to the roofing systems at Paletta Lakefront Park and Student Theatre in Burlington, Ontario. The scope of work includes the replacement of both flat roofing and shingles, addressing any existing issues and ensuring a durable and weather resistant envelope. Additionally, the project encompasses the replacement of eavestroughs and siding where applicable to enhance the overall integrity of the buildings. Special attention will be given to safety measures, including the installation of a ballasted perimeter safety railing, roof access ladder, and roof access hatch with built in retractable ladder.
