The City of Burlington is seeking RFP submissions from experienced and qualified Engineers/Firms, with certified laboratory facilities, to provide Construction Materials and Compaction Testing Services on an as-and-when required basis. Field and Laboratory testing services for construction materials are required to ensure that materials and placement of materials comply with the requirements, standards, and specifications for various construction projects, as required by the City. The successful bidder shall be required to conduct testing on-site from various locations such as road construction projects and construction in parks as well as laboratory tests and professional recommendations/reviews. The contract will be for a First Term of one (1) year with up to four (4) optional extensions of one (1) year each.
