Compensation Type: Fixed Rate of Compensation County(s): Mineral, Pershing, Storey, Washoe, Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, Humboldt, Lyon Construction Engineering Services for Full Administration of Betterment Projects in District II This RFP is to provide full construction administration services on an as-needed basis, to ensure District II Betterment and 3-Quote Projects are completed in conformance with the plans, specifications, and all other contract documents. The scope of Betterment and 3-Quote Projects will typically include chip seals, cape seals, scrub seals, micro-seals, paving, slope flattening, drainage improvements, guardrail and barrier rail work, fencing, and cattle guards, etc., and the Service Provider will be called upon to provide qualified and experienced staff on an as-needed basis with as little as two (2) weeks notice for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 construction seasons. The goal is to perform professional and technical engineering services (full administration) to ensure that the construction of District II Betterment and 3-Quote Projects is accomplished in conformance with the plans, specifications, and all other contract documents.
