Renovation of a library in Stow, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
furnishing of all labor; materials, tools, permits, supervision, and transportation for the following described Project: Circulation and Workroom Renovation Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty as provided by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in the form of a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the Contract Documents for the amount of the Base Bid plus add Alternates or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid plus add alternates. Any bid guaranty must be payable to the Board of Library Trustees, and any letter of credit shall be revocable only by the Board of Library Trustees. Any requests for interpretation of the technical specification shall be submitted in writing as described in "Instruction of Bidders" to the attention of Justin Kaufer at jkaufer@cblhdesign.com The Engineer's estimate for these bid packages, including alternates is: $200,000
